I’ve always known that being in sales was right for me, but it wasn’t until I discovered real estate that I found my true passion. I believe that results are a product of the effort put forth, and real estate allows me to live by that motto. After years of selling products and services that I couldn’t truly, wholeheartedly put my name behind, it has been a great decision to go into business for myself.

Real estate has given me the opportunity to build relationships while providing a service that is genuine. Simply put, my product is myself! I take a lot of pride in the service I provide, and having a ‘whatever it takes’ mentality to get my clients what they deserve. Anyone who knows me will be able to tell you that I’m relentless, trustworthy and driven.

Hard Work

There is no substitute for effort and Hard Work. Carlos has been working since he was legally able to, proving his work ethic every step of the way. His work life started early with a paper route in his local neighbourhood and transitioned to a retail position at Walmart and later various construction positions through his teen years. Towards the end of high school, Carlos worked full-time to save for University while continuing to juggle school and extracurricular activities.

Every client who works with Carlos knows his work ethic is unmatched because he always goes the extra mile. It has proven to be valuable to his clients, as determination goes a long way in this industry. The level of expertise Carlos has gained as a result of consistent effort and a commitment to learning are the reason he has been so successful in the tough Toronto real estate market.

Customer Service

This is Carlos’ ultimate “Why” and always a top priority. The reason he ultimately decided to get into real estate was because he knew that he had full control of his clients experience buying/selling real estate. Anyone who meets Carlos is immediately struck by his personable and friendly character. As a result, his clients get the benefits of having an agent who is easy to work with and can make the experience an enjoyable one. Other agents also appreciate his effective communication and you can feel confident knowing that he is representing you and that your best interests are always at the forefront.

The core of his good nature is ensuring he does everything in his power to help his clients find the perfect home and have a seamless journey while doing so. He believes the foundation of great customer service is built on the small details.
